Job description

What you'll do & learn 📖

• Contribute to our product strategy and take our clients’ supply chain operations to the next level
• Solve problems and create value: we are looking for people who are obsessed with delivering value to our users, by articulating complex problems, setting a compelling vision, and driving the outcome
• Manage and prioritize your roadmap in collaboration with the Product Managers, Product Designers, Tech Leads and Customer Operations teams
• Lead product discovery initiatives, in partnership with product designers, to identify and deeply understand the needs and pain points of users, and the business opportunities for Pelico
• Imagine features to meet our vision and customer needs while ensuring compliance with the product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers within a squad to design innovative tech solutions for the manufacturing industry.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (including sales, custOps, support, and company management) to ensure that the features we develop are serving our users & customers, in ways that meet the needs of the business.

What you embody 🎯

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a tech company
• Genuine interest in our industry and a passion for making an impact
• Interest in working in an international environment, with English as your daily language (both spoken and written)
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for sharing your ideas
• User-centric thinking, especially when it comes to product design
• Problem-solving mindset and skillset, with an analytical approach
• Strong organizational skills: you excel at tackling diverse challenges in parallel while collaborating with multiple teams
• Effective team coordination and collaboration skills
