About the Role

We’re looking for a visionary Product Manager to help shape our product strategy and transform our clients’ supply chain operations.

Your impact: 

• Shape Our Product Strategy: Contribute to a forward-thinking product vision that elevates our clients’ supply chain operations to the next level.
• Drive Value Through Innovation: Tackle complex challenges with a problem-solving mindset, articulate clear solutions, and set a compelling vision that creates measurable value for our users.
• Own and Prioritize the Roadmap: Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, Tech Leads, and Customer Operations teams to manage and prioritize a dynamic product roadmap.
• Lead Discovery Initiatives: Partner with product designers to conduct deep-dive product discovery, understanding user pain points and uncovering new business opportunities for Pelico.
• Innovate and Design Features: Imagine and develop features that align with our vision and customer needs, while ensuring strict adherence to our product roadmap and overall strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with software engineers in agile squads to design and implement innovative tech solutions for the manufacturing industry.
• Partner Across Functions:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ranging from Sales and Customer Operations to Support and Management, to ensure that every feature we develop serves both our users and the business effectively.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Product Management Experience: Proven track record in a tech company, driving product strategy and execution.
• Genuine interest in our industry and a passion for making an impact
• Enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for sharing your ideas
• User-centric thinking, especially when it comes to product design
• Problem-solving mindset and skillset, with an analytical approach
• Strong organizational skills: you excel at tackling diverse challenges in parallel while collaborating with multiple teams
• Effective team coordination and collaboration skills
• Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written)
