Job Description
What you'll do & learn 📖
In a context of hypergrowth, the objective of this Office Manager internship is to make life easier for our 120 coworkers in Paris working alongside our Office Manager and HR Department.
This role will ensure the smooth running of our office by ensuring good atmosphere and efficient administrative management, while promoting the well-being of our employees and the integration of new arrivals.
This work-linked placement is the perfect chance to put your theoretical knowledge into action and embark on a 100% practical adventure. Our Office Manager & HR team will be there to guide you every step of the way.
Office Culture
- Help organise monthly internal events to strengthen team cohesion (breakfasts, Board Game Nights, Thursday drinks, Yearly Seminar)
- Help organise offsite notes by sending out reminders, creating the necessary documents, and helping with communication on Slack and Notion.
HR
- Leveraging existing tools to automate repetitive tasks
- Support Talent Acquisition occasionally (owernship of the intern recruitment process, once fully autonomous)
Onboarding assistance
- Prepare welcome kits
- Help organize onboarding sessions
- Update newcomers' calendars
- Be the main contact for answering their queries
- Collect feedback
Office Management & Administrative support
- Receive purchases of office supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Ordering, putting away and maintaining levels of snacks, drinks, fruit, etc.
- Making sure our offices are pleasant by ordering, putting away and maintaining levels of snacks, drinks, fruit, etc
- Managing stock
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Communicate with our various service providers

What you embody 🎯
- You're studying and willing to gain experience working in an Start-Up in Internal Operations and HR Department, preferably preparing a Master Degree Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Apprentice contract
- You're professional, friendly, dynamic, structured, committed to your tasks and have excellent interpersonal skills, you collaborate easily with other team members.
- Detail oriented, you are reliable in the quality of your work and respect of deadlines
- Communication: you are able to convey efficiently a message
- Fluent verbal and written English, and communicative French
