What you'll do? 🦾

Your scope will span marketing operations, GTM campaign coordination, event support, and strategic communications.

We’re big believers in GenAI. You’ll experiment with AI tools for content, automation, and performance — and bring your own prompts and workflows to the table.

Your responsibilities will include:

SEO / AEO: Where the technical side of marketing meets the strategic side. We want you to help us make sure our digital presence is reaching the right channels, search engines and increasingly “answer engines” like Claude and ChatGPT. You’ll learn your way around Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, interpret dashboards, develop recommendations for improvements, and run with them.

Social Media Management & Content: Manage and measure our presence on LinkedIn. You’ll write, optimize and publish posts to cover a range of content marketing objectives: thought leadership, community engagement, product announcements, and company culture. We want your finger on the pulse of what’s happening online, to help us stay relevant and on top of trends.

Event Support Materials: We will sponsor industry trade shows and host our own executive level events in 2026. Each of these need marketing assets such as banners, flyers, invitations, and other physical assets that need to be scoped and produced. You’ll need to have an eye for quality!

GTM Operations: Explore new tech that can automate processes and catapult the GTM motion at Pelico. You’d also be responsible for ad-hoc tooling and ops responsibilities when it comes to CRM, setting-up campaigns.

Bonus points if you’re curious or experienced with B2B tools like LinkedIn Ads, Lemlist, HubSpot and Cargo or like build custom AI Agents.

What You Bring 🎯

• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Strong interest or prior experience in content marketing, communications, or inbound marketing operations
• Basic understanding of B2B SaaS marketing
• Some experience with LinkedIn and ChatGPT/Claude
• Nice to have familiarity with: Figma, HubSpot, Notion, Google Suite, Webflow
• Valid internship agreement from a french school.

Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process typically takes 4-7 weeks from screening to offer. Here’s what to expect:

1. Screening round with Evana, Human Resources.
2. First interview with Shelley, Content Marketing Manager (your future manager).
3. Take-home case study (1-week deadline).
4. Case study presentation with with Shelley, Manoj (growth marketing manager), and Faustine, Head of Demand Generation and other stakeholders.
5. Offer letter.
