Job Description

What you'll do & learn📖

• Product Management : Be in charge of one or several complex apps, components or services of the Pelico Platform requiring the contribution of several Product Managers. This includes
  • Leading continuous product discovery initiatives to identify and understand the needs, pain points of users and opportunities for Pelico.
  • Imagine features to meet the company’s vision and customer needs while ensuring compliance with the product roadmap.
  • As a Product Lead, you will be expected to handle more complex and impactful features, handle the launch of new products….
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a subteam of high-performing product managers. Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and mentorship, and facilitate professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. With the VP Product, define the good target in terms of team size, skills required, and product team organization.
• Product Roadmap and Strategy: Work closely with VP Product to define the overall product vision and strategy in line with the business strategy and Pelico’s challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve Product & Engineering processes, methodologies, and tools. Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to achieve better outcomes
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, such as engineering, sales, marketing, product management, and support, to ensure we build the best product for our GTM targets. Contribute to overall company strategy and success.

• 2 to 10 years in Product management, preferably on an Enterprise-B2B Product
