Your Role's mission:
As a Regional VP Sales US, you will be responsible for structuring, leading, and executing the commercial strategy in the United States. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, accelerating opportunity conversion, and optimizing the performance of the Sales team. The Head of Sales drives revenue growth by ensuring strong governance with C-level clients and recruiting top sales talent to scale the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team in the region to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture new business and expand existing accounts in North America.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding of clients.
- Act as the face of Pelico in the region, representing the company at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings.
- Lead negotiations and contracts, ensuring Pelico’s offerings align with customer needs while maintaining profitability and value.
- Build a continuous pipeline of candidates with a strong hiring strategy and methodology.
Your Path to Success
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in prospective and existing client organizations.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue growth with accuracy and transparency.
- Monitor key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and make strategic adjustments to achieve targets.

- Expand Pelico’s presence and market share in North America by driving strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure customer success through effective onboarding and long-term relationship management.
- Strengthen Pelico’s brand and credibility in the industry by actively engaging with key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experienced Enterprise Sellers (Aerospace/Manufacturing SaaS Preferred)
- Enterprise Sales & Deal Closing – Proven track record in high-value B2B contract negotiations and deal execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Strong ability to identify and influence key decision-makers.
- Industry & Competitive Insight – Expertise in positioning solutions against competitors with clear value differentiation.
- Ownership & Execution – Self-driven, accountable, and skilled at breaking into large accounts and closing deals.
- Strategic Sales Approach – Ability to craft tailored strategies aligned with customer needs and business goals.

4. CEO Meeting (45min)
