Your Role's mission:
At Pelico we believe, that AI-native teams will outperform legacy ones.
We're on a mission to bring this to life inside Pelico by empowering every team—Sales, Ops, Product, Support, and Engineering—to build and use internal AI agents to automate repetitive tasks, augment decisions, and speed up execution.
We're hiring an Internal AI Platform Engineer to create and own the shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks that enable internal teams to develop and operate their own agents—safely, scalably, and with minimal engineering support.
This is a foundational role to scale Pelico’s internal velocity and create the muscle for AI-native workflows across the company.
You Objectives :
- Enable all teams to deploy efficient AI agents, streamlining their daily operations to focus on high-impact
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of internal AI agents and continuously optimizing their effectiveness: Define standards and infrastructure for deploying, evaluating, and monitoring agents in production (e.g., sandboxing, replay environments, human-in-the-loop feedback loops)
- Design and own the internal AI platform
- Build and maintain a unified stack (frameworks, APIs, tooling, governance) that enables internal teams to develop, deploy, and iterate on agents quickly and safely.
- Context Management Layer**:** Architect how internal agents access business context (Code base, Internal Data, Product documentation, ) in a secure and modular way.
Main Responsibilities :
1: Drive AI Adoption and Enablement
- Partner with every department to identify impactful opportunities for AI agent integration into daily workflows
- Cultivate a culture of experimentation by enabling “AI champions” (non-technical users) to design, deploy, and iterate on agents autonomously
- Lead AI enablement through monthly demos, hands-on workshops, and an evolving internal AI playbook
- Ensure 100% of teams regularly use or interact with AI-powered workflows, achieving step changes in operational efficiency
2: Build, Deploy, and Optimize AI Systems
- Design, deploy, and maintain a unified internal AI platform (frameworks, APIs, tooling, governance) for building and scaling agents safely and efficiently
- Define and implement standards and infrastructure for AI agent deployment, including sandboxing, monitoring, evaluation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop feedback loops
- Continuously monitor agent performance and optimize models, workflows, and system architecture to maximize impact and ROI.
- Ensure all AI workflows and tools are monitored and tracked. Rationalize costs and ensure adherence to compliance, security and operational best practices
3: Collaborate and Foster Cross-Functional AI Partnerships
- Act as the trusted AI Ops lead across product, engineering, data, and business teams to align internal AI initiatives with company goals
- Own the design of modular and secure context management layers to give AI agents access to core business knowledge (e.g., internal data, product documentation, code base)
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive a culture of innovation and operational excellence
- Champion internal feedback loops that help teams continuously improve their AI agents and workflows
Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.
