Your role's mission:
Your mission will be to support Pelico’s growth by actively contributing to Talent Acquisition initiatives. You will focus on sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a fast-growing SaaS scale-up and to play a key role in building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Objective 1: Support recruitment activities to attract and hire top talent
- Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions across job boards and social media platforms.
- Support sourcing activities by identifying and engaging potential candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS (Teamtailor).
- Contribute to recruitment reporting and help monitor KPIs.
Objective 2: Contribute to a seamless and engaging candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Draft candidate communications (emails, messages, follow-ups) to ensure professionalism and consistency.
- Participate in candidate screenings under the supervision of Talent Acquisition Managers.
- Conduct market and talent research to support sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives (social media posts, content creation, events).
- Document recruitment best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language.

What We’re Looking For :
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn, job boards).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Teamtailor.
- Strong interest in data-driven recruitment (KPIs, dashboards, reporting).
- Research skills to analyze talent pools, competitors, and market trends.
- Ability to draft clear and compelling job descriptions and candidate communications.
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy in managing candidate data and communications.
- Proactive & curious: Willingness to learn and propose ideas to improve processes.
- Communication skills: Clear written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring teams.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Empathy & candidate-centric mindset: Focus on providing a positive candidate journey.
