Your Role's mission:
Pelico is building a world-class marketing engine to accelerate our growth and strengthen our presence across the supply chain, manufacturing and MRO ecosystem. We are hiring a Creative Production Manager who will design, build, and scale the entire content creation engine, from system architecture to execution, while managing internal and external creators.This is a new high-impact role for someone who blends creativity, operational rigour and an eye for storytelling. You will own top-of-funnel content creation, support mid-of-funnel deal transformation initiatives, and build a robust customer advocacy program that showcases Pelico’s value through compelling narratives.
Main Responsibilities :
1. Build & run Pelico’s content engine
Build the full content creation system (processes, templates, workflows) using Figma and other tools to ensure speed, consistency, and quality.
Establish a scalable content production pipeline with clear guidelines, brand coherence, and efficient iteration loops in close collaboration with the Brand and Content Manager.
Manage and coordinate creators (designers, videographers, motion designers,...) both in-house and freelance.
2. Own top-of-funnel creative production
Create high-quality content across different formats (videos, banners, visuals, ads, social assets, animations, email visuals, etc) and channels to support ongoing campaigns (product launches, events, etc...)
Partner closely with Product Marketing and Brand & Content Manager to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
3. Strengthen mid-of-funnel sales enablement
Produce the visual and multimedia assets needed to accelerate the sales cycle (customer story videos, testimonial clips, formatted case study visuals, enhanced demos, design enhancements for decks).
Transform copy and messaging provided by Product Marketing or the Content Marketer into polished, high-quality visuals that improve clarity and persuasion.
Ensure all sales-facing materials look consistent, modern, and aligned with brand guidelines.
4. Lead customer advocacy & storytelling
Build a structured customer advocacy program including customer videos, testimonials, spotlight interviews, reference cases and event participation.
Turn customer success stories into powerful narratives that support upsell, expansion, and cross-sell motions.
Partner with Customer Operations & Sales to identify champions and scale storytelling efforts.
5. Drive Continuous Creative Innovation
Monitor creative trends, new content formats, and best practices to ensure Pelico stands out.
Experiment with short-form video, AI-assisted content creation, and new channels.
Analyze content performance and refine strategies to maximize reach and impact.
Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

4+ years experience in content marketing, creative production, or brand design (startup/scale-up experience a strong plus).
Proven ability to create high-quality multimedia content and run full content production cycles.
Strong visual and storytelling skills, with mastery of design/video tools (Figma mandatory).
Experience managing creators or agencies.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution.
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations, and Leadership.
Great communication skills, good contact with various stakeholders
Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written)
