🛫 Mission
Pelico is on a road to becoming an AI-native company, with many tools being developed and used. The problem isn't the availability of technology, but its adoption.
We're looking for someone to bridge the gap between what is available and how people actually use it. This person will be the human face of AI enablement at Pelico: running workshops, supporting AI Champions, creating practical training content, and making sure new tools actually change how people work — not just how they're presented in an all-hands.
This isn't a training coordinator role. It's an internal change agent role. You'll work closely with the AI Ops engineering team and directly with team leads across the company to drive measurable behavior change.
To make Pelico's AI tools actually stick — by equipping every employee with the knowledge, confidence, and habit of using the Agent Hub and AI skills in their daily work. This role converts internal AI infrastructure from a capability that exists into a behavior that is lived.
Main Objectives
Drive active adoption of AI tools across Pelico teams
Build and sustain the AI Champions community
Create practical, accessible enablement content
Provide a feedback loop between employees and the AI Ops engineering team
Track and report on adoption to inform prioritization
Key Responsibilities
Objective 1: Drive active adoption of AI tools
Design and deliver onboarding sessions for new hires and existing employees on Claude, the Agent Hub, and key AI skills
Run team-specific workshops aligned to their actual workflows (not generic demos)
Provide "office hours" or async support channels for employees with adoption questions
Follow up on adoption 2–4 weeks after onboarding to reinforce usage
Objective 2: Build and sustain the AI Champions community
Coordinate the AI Champions program: identify engaged users, support their development, and help them drive peer adoption in their teams
Organize regular Champion syncs and share best practices across the network
Recognize and surface standout AI usage internally (e.g., the weekly AI Highlights and Show & Tell)
Objective 3: Create practical, accessible enablement content
Build and maintain a library of quick-start guides, prompt examples, and use case playbooks per team/function
Produce short-form video walkthroughs for key agents and skills
Keep content updated as agents evolve, so employees always have an accurate reference
Objective 4: Provide a feedback loop to AI Ops engineering
Collect structured feedback from employees and Champions on what works, what doesn't, and what's missing
Document recurring confusion points or friction in the user experience of agents and skills
Translate employee feedback into actionable input for the engineering team's backlog
Objective 5: Track and report on adoption
Define and monitor adoption metrics per team (e.g., active users of key agents, frequency of use, self-reported confidence)
Produce a monthly adoption report for the AI Ops lead and leadership
Flag teams or individuals with low engagement and propose targeted interventions
Secondary Activities
Contribute to the bi-monthly AI Show & Tell by scouting and preparing speakers
Support new hire onboarding by embedding AI literacy into the existing process
Stay current on AI tools and best practices to keep enablement content fresh and credible
🎓 Skills
Hands-on proficiency with Claude and other AI tools (required from day one or ramp-up within first 30 days)
Content creation — written guides, slide decks, short video walkthroughs
Workshop design and facilitation
Basic data literacy — ability to read adoption dashboards and extract meaningful signals
Notion, Slack, and standard collaboration tools
